After 23 years in law enforcement, I was ready for a new challenge—a complete change of pace. I’d always dreamed of starting an online business, so I took the plunge and opened a Shopify store selling bow tie dog collars. I thought success would come quickly, but I was in for a reality check: nothing happened. Like in Field of Dreams, I assumed, “If I build it, they will come,” but I knew nothing about SEO, product sourcing, or sales funnels. I was completely lost.
Then I discovered DotCom Secrets by Russell Brunson, and it changed everything. I became hooked on digital marketing. Over the next seven years, I explored my role in this dynamic field—wondering if I was a designer, marketer, innovator, or entrepreneur. In 2022, when OpenAI released ChatGPT, it sparked a journey of self-discovery, and I dove into the world of AI. I started a podcast, The AI-Powered Marketing Show, to explore the intersection of AI and modern marketing strategies, and launched my newsletter, The AI-Powered Marketer, where I interviewed thought leaders in AI and marketing and continued to learn and grow.
Ultimately, I created a new brand, HubFusion IQ, focused on a concept called Fusion Hubs. HubFusion IQ is a sophisticated system that uses AI to dynamically respond to customer behavior, preferences, and needs, allowing businesses to offer a truly personalized experience. This intelligent framework goes beyond traditional marketing to create an adaptable ecosystem. By harnessing AI-driven insights, HubFusion IQ empowers brands to engage their audience with tailored recommendations, strategic automation, and data-backed optimizations, making every customer interaction feel seamless and personal.
